The Oppressed Majority - We shall overcome! For decades there has remained one segment
of the population discriminated against due in part to their skin color. There have been equal opportunity laws on the books
for many years yet one demographic is still fighting for a fair shake. Now finally the white male has somebody in our corner. - It’s not exactly the NAACP but a non-profit organization in Texas will be handing out $500 scholarship
grants for white males in need of financial assistance. It’s about time! Since this affirmative action nonsense began,
white men have been at a competitive DISADVANTAGE to their more ‘diverse’ classmates. Never mind that MORE qualified
white boys are tuned away to accommodate LESS qualified ‘minorities’, the important thing is that universities
are ‘multicultural’. Not only that but this reverse discrimination has even spread to the job market, often qualified
white men are passed over for employment or promotion simply because they are white. Many companies today feel that a so-called
diverse work force is better than a skilled work force. - All of this to make up sins of white men long
dead, like some sort of back door reparations. I have never owned a slave or discriminated against anyone, why am I being
punished? It is nice to see somebody take a stand against this insanity. Discrimination is wrong no matter who is being discriminated
against but if we are going to allow race based preferences, then I think we should have race based preferences for ALL groups
of people, including white males. Black people, Hispanic people, Native American people all get special treatment, heck even
Asian students get a little extra help, as if they need it. Giving an Asian kid affirmative action is like Usain Bolt a head
start in the 100 meter dash! If everyone else is getting help because of their race, why shouldn’t white boys? You could
say that college scholarships for whites only is racist and you’d be right but so to are all of the race based affirmative
action programs for everyone else. - Chris Charles

- The White House is cutting back on spending,
and by cutting back I mean continuing to increase spending. The US will be over budget by $1.56 trillion this year and is
already over budget by over $1 trillion for fiscal 2011. If this is what the President means by controlling spending, I would
hate to see the debt we’d be racking up if President Obama was not so committed to ‘fiscal responsibility’. -
Don’t misunderstand; I am very much in favor of reducing spending
and fiscal responsibility but the Obama Administration and the Dems are INCREASING spending!
- I think this administration would have more
success reducing deficits if they refrained from creating new government programs for like five minutes. If you say you are
going to cut discretionary spending, that’s great, as long as you actually do it. -
The President says that he is going to freeze discretionary spending for three years…just
as soon as he spends $100 billion on a new stimulus, $8 billion on a high speed rail line, and countless trillions on a government
mandated health care program. MEMO TO THE WHITE HOUSE: You can’t have your cake and eat it too. More to the point, you
can’t have our money and spend it too.

A Week Without A Government Worker - After a week off, thanks to global cooling, DC government workers can finally go back
to work. In that time did the country fall apart? Did civilization come to a screeching halt? No! What’s more, the American
tax payer actually had a brief respite from government spending us farther into debt. Not to mention that DC residents got
a break from the normally gridlocked traffic. Sure all those DC bureaucrats still had to be paid for NOT coming to work, but
$100 million a day is a small price to pay when you consider what untold billions or trillions that would have been spent
this week. - Not exactly a hearty bunch these government types, hair dressers went to work, trash collectors went to work,
bartenders went to work, Homeland Security workers stayed home! - If the country can survive a week without a government worker, why not try a month
or six? - I am sure the regular folks of DC with REAL jobs still had to go to work this week (even if it was snowing).
Imagine if the size of government were cut in half, we could save money, have less government interference in our lives and
ease traffic! - Chris Charles PUBLISHED 2/12/2010

Reading Writing & Rioting - How is it that 40 percent
of the public school teachers and 100 percent of the State Senators in Wisconsin can keep their jobs after failing to show
up for work for over a week? If any non government workers tried this, they’d be fired faster than you can say ‘si
se puede’. - Don’t get me wrong, I’m a supporter of teachers. I wish we could give
all the teachers out there a raise, heck I wish teachers made as much money as Derek Jeter but we just don’t have the
money. Maybe if we weren’t so busy overpaying the millions of government bureaucrats we could afford more for the teachers.
- Whenever budget cuts are proposed the unions always run out the teachers to make people feel bad, ‘oh
no we can’t teachers to contribute five percent to their retirement pension’! Why don’t the government unions
ever have the desk-jockey cubicle workers from the state bureau of land management protest budget cuts? No it’s always
the teachers and the emergency service personnel. Know why? Because they are the only government workers anyone gives a crap
about. But don’t let the unions fool you, teachers do alright, they’re not rich but who thinks they’re going
to become a millionaire teaching seventh grade social studies? To most teachers, teaching is a calling, not a paycheck. - These teachers protesting in Wisconsin make it seem like the Governor is asking them to work 18 hour days
in the coal mines with no weekends or bathroom breaks. The truth is Wisconsin teacher’s only work 9 months out of the
year and they make on average (including benefits) $74,000 annually. Not rich but not exactly minimum wage, now is it? And
let’s not fool ourselves; they’re not all Anne Sullivan working miracles in the classroom. Sure, there are no
doubt many great teachers in Wisconsin but there are also some worthless teachers as well and judging from alarming number
of Wisconsin eighth graders that can’t read properly there are more than a few teacher that would be better off manning
a desk at the DMV. - Chris Charles
2/22/2011
Walker Walks The Walk - Last I checked, newly elected Wisconsin governor Scott Walker
was trying to balance a budget, NOT round up and gas all of the Jews from Wisconsin. But for some reason the left insists
on comparing conservatives and conservative principles to Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party. - Walker asks
for MODEST concessions from the Unions and somehow he’s the new Hitler. If fiscal responsibility makes Scott Walker
Hitler, well then I guess that makes the rest of us goose stepping Nazis. SEIG HEIL! Herr Walker, first we’ll get rid
of the unions and then we’ll come for the Jews. - By the way, for those of you that attended
Wisconsin public schools, the NAZI party was the German Socialist Workers’ Party, that’s right Hitler was a leftist!
But the modern day leftists would have us believe Hitler was a sort of twentieth century ‘tea bagger’. - What’s the matter with these people? Republicans are asking the unions to contribute a small percentage
to their benefits package and the unions act like they’re being herded on a train to Auschwitz. If these union people
don’t like Fuhrer Walker’s terms, they are free at any time to seek work elsewhere. Nobody is holding a gun to
their head. The problem is nowhere in the private sector will they find jobs that offer salary and benefits that come close
to their government packages. Hitler and the Nazis murdered six million Jews, all Walker’s asking for the unions to
kick in 6 percent toward their own pensions, so I think we can cool it with the Nazi comparisons. - Chris Charles
2/21/2011
Hoping For Change - Imagine my surprise to learn that President Obama and the Dems
were NOT backing the budget cuts proposed by Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. Instead, the DNC and the Obamites are standing
in solidarity with ‘the workers’ of Wisconsin. But they’re not on the side of all ‘workers’
they’re only supporting government workers. Team Obama doesn’t really care much about the hard working tax payers
that foot the bill. - You gotta love President Obama and the Democrats condemning Walker
for attempting to cut spending. The State of Wisconsin (much like the federal government) is broke, what other choice does
the governor have? Should he take the White House’s approach and just continue spending into oblivion? The Democrats
shouldn’t be criticizing, they should be taking notes! Of course the government unions don’t like budget cuts
but that’s just too damn bad. - Scott Walker was elected to bring about ‘change’ in
Wisconsin not to kowtow to the public employee unions. I thought President Obama was all about ‘change’?
It seems to me that he's more about maintaining to status quo. The Dems can blame Bush all they want but the federal
government has added nearly $5 trillion to the national debt since Barack Obama took over. If the Dems are not going to CHANGE
anything, I guess we should all just ‘hope’ our fiscal problems magically disappear. - Chris Charles
2/18/2011
Disappearing Democrats - All 14 democrats in the Wisconsin State Senate have gone AWOL,
they didn’t show up for work yesterday and reports have them hiding out in Illinois. I don’t see what the big
deal is, if all the Democrats left my state I would throw a party, the GOP should figure out how to get the Democrats to leaving
Washington, we’d be a lot better off. - These 14 Dems skipped town to avoid a vote
(they were sure to lose) on the new governor’s budget cuts which affect the Democrats sacred/cash cow, public employee
union members. As we all know, government workers are all selfless civil servants but Wisconsin, like many other states (not
to mention the federal government) is in debt up to their eye balls. Something HAS to give, unless they’re going to
raise income tax to 100 percent, spending will have to be cut. It’s that or states will have to start declaring bankruptcy. - There are no easy answers, the GOP plan may not be popular with the state workers but at least they are doing
something! What are the Dems doing? They’re literally running from the people like rats from a sinking ship. You can’t
run forever, this will end one way or another. If the government workers think Governor Walker is being too harsh what do
think will happen when the state goes belly up? Good luck keeping those fat union contracts and public pensions in bankruptcy
court. - Chris Charles
2/17/2011
Less Dip, More Debt - This week President Obama unveiled his proposed budget for next
year. His proposal calls for spending $3.7 TRILLION in 2012, that’s over $1.6 trillion more than the federal government
is estimated to take in. So after all of the talk about ‘tough’ choices and fiscal responsibility we’re
simply going to pile on another $1.6 trillion onto our $15 trillion national debt. - Where is Congress
on all of this? This is not all on President Obama, the legislators are the ones in charge of spending. The Republicans have
proposed $60 billion in budget cuts, which sounds like a lot of money but if you do the math 60 billion isn’t a whole
lot next to 3.7 trillion. But at least they’re doing SOMETHING. What are the Democrats doing? Other than continuing
to saddle our children and our children’s children with trillions of dollars worth of debt? They don’t seem to
be very concerned with record amounts of red ink, in fact most of them (if given the chance) would probably vote to spend
even more but they are plenty concerned about the prevalent use of smokeless tobacco products by Pro ballplayers. - Seriously, we’re spending ourselves into insolvency, and the Dems busy trying to ban chewing tobacco
from Major League Baseball. Really? They have nothing better to worry about? Debt? Economy? Jobs? China? Iran? Egypt? Schools?
Illegal immigration? ‘No no, first things first we’ve gotta address this epidemic of chewing tobacco in baseball’.
What planet are these people from? If people of legal age want to use tobacco products what business is it of the federal
government? Besides, I highly doubt that many people decide to start ‘dipping’ because they saw a major leaguer
do it, but If there are people out their stupid enough to start chewing tobacco because they saw Manny Ramirez doing it, they
deserve whatever comes from it. - Chris Charles

Islamic Infiltration - There are millions, perhaps billions of people around the world
just dying to come to America, many of them are hard working honest folks that want to share in the American dream. They want
to be an American. Unfortunately, for most of these would-be Americans, the American dream will never come to fruition. For
every immigrant that makes it here, hundreds are turned away because there is just not enough room. - If we are turning
away people that genuinely want to be AMERICANS, it seems to me that we sure make sure that the people we are giving Visa’s
to, really want to be Americans too. In every major city I’ve ever been to there are vast neighborhoods of various immigrant
groups self-segregating themselves from the rest of the country. They don’t accumulate to American culture, they don’t
integrate, they don’t even bother to learn the language! - The problem is not only
detrimental to our culture it can be potentially be detrimental to national security. With the rise of Islamofascism we have
seen an increasing number of so-called homegrown terrorists. But they’re not REALLY homegrown, it’s not like there
are many Joe Six-pack’s out there finding Allah and deciding to join the jihad against the infidels’. Most of
these ‘homegrown terrorists’ are in reality recent immigrants from (you guessed it) Muslims nations. But unlike
your Grandfather and the Ellis Island immigrants of yesteryear that came here for a better life, too many Islamic Immigrants
are coming here with the intention of imposing their backward 7th Century culture on us. Thanks, but no thanks!

Power To The Persians! - Power To (Some Of) The People? Last week both Republicans and
Democrats along with their friends in the state controlled media were busy cheerleading the Muslim uprising in Egypt. This
week they’re nowhere to be found, as the people of Iran are struggling to rid themselves of the oppressive Islamofascist
regime of the Iranian Hitler. Where’s Anderson Cooper and the rest of media militia now that we need them? They’ve
gone AWOL! I don’t see anyone on TV in Khaki shirts looking like they’re on safari, reporting live from Tehran. - Adolf Ahmadinejad himself was even an outspoken supporter of the ‘democracy movement’ in Egypt.
He said that a new ‘free’ and ‘democratic’ Egypt was proof of a new stronger Middle East that would
bring about the end of Israel. Ah, but that was then and this is now. This week it is the Iranian people who are revolting
and Hitler of Iran is considerably less supportive, to say the least. Last week Iranian state controlled TV was broadcasting
live shot’s of the Egyptian rioters in Tahrir Square, this week Iranian authorities are firing on protesters in Tehran
with tear gas and ‘Das Fuhrer’ himself is ordering the execution of opposition leadership. - These Iranian
protesters (unlike their Egyptian counterparts) know what it is to brutally oppressed by a radical Islamofascist regime, that’s
why that are dodging teargas canisters and risking certain death on the streets of Tehran. Last week President Obama (along
with many others) was insisting that Mubarak step down, he was demanding ‘democracy’ in Egypt, this week all he
has to say is that Iran ‘should allow peaceful protests’. Well thanks for nothing! Why is it that we do everything
in our power as a nation to support the toppling of a moderate autocrat, friendly to the US and Israel but we can’t
lift a finger to help the Persian people? We do everything short of shipping M-16’s and hand grenades to the Muslim
Brotherhood in Egypt but now that some REAL freedom fighters need us we’re too busy Twittering and watching American
Idol. - Chris Charles

Roses Are Red, Violets Are Blue, The Islamic Fanatics Are Coming For You - Having trouble finding dinner reservations for Valentine’s Day? Why not take your significant other
to Beautiful Malaysia. Just make sure you are married if you plan on having ‘relations’ with your special someone
because the Malaysian authorities will be kicking in hotel room doors tonight to ensure there is no premarital sex happening.
If it is, the ‘criminals’ could be in for several months in a Malaysian prison. - The good news
is there’s sure to be plenty of tables available because the Muslim government in Malaysia is strongly ‘urging’
people NOT to partake in Valentine’s Day. They say doing so could lead to certain ‘indecent behavior’. And
we wouldn’t want that, now would we? - You know how one thing can lead to another,
chocolates, roses, candlelit dinner, before you know it you’ve caught a glimpse of her ankle. And then you would have
no choice but to stone her to death for being ‘immodest’. I am all for modesty, it is embarrassing the way some
western women dress these days, that said I prefer the street walker wardrobe you see on Sunset Boulevard over the head to
toe burka any day. Sure the Islamic girls have their ‘modesty’ intact, but they certainly don’t have much
dignity. When I see pictures of Muslim women with all but their eye balls covered up, I don’t see modesty, I see slavery.
- What a bunch of prudes these Islamofascists are, just because the extremists have some sort of aversion to
women doesn’t mean everyone else should. I’d bet you’re your average public school educated second grader
knows more about the ‘facts of life’ than your average Muslim of about 35. It’s a wonder these people were
ever born, given their hostility to sexuality, yet there are currently over one billion Muslims on the planet. Where do they
think all those babies came from? Don’t tell me all Muslims babies come from some sort of Islamic Immaculate Conception.
Oh! Is THAT why there are so many virgins in paradise waiting for Muslim suicide bombers? Of course I am only a simple infidel
but it seems to me that more Muslims are getting it on than they would have us believe. - Chris Charles
2/11/2011
Allah’s Well That Ends Well - Well it appears the on
again, off again resignation of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is back on again, at least for now. The other night
rioters expecting Mubarak to step down chanted Allah Akbar, but he didn’t and Allah was not so Akbar anymore and the
‘protesters’ began rioting (again), but alas today Mubarak decided to move aside and once again Allah is Akbar
and the violence and mayhem has subsided. - Oh well so be it, if the Egyptians want Sharia law and the Muslim
(big) Brotherhood let them have it. Let’s see if their still shouting Allah Akbar when the Islamists start stoning women
and handing out death sentences for those who ‘insult Islam’. - What I’m more concerned
about is, the intellectually disabled intelligence community here in America, I thought only the best and the brightest could
work for the CIA and NSA, it seems as if Agent 86 from ‘Get Smart’ is now our CIA point man on all things Egyptian.
First we had the Director of National Intelligence James Clapper telling Congress that the Muslim Brotherhood is really just
a ‘secular group’ that ‘eschews violence and terrorism’. Yeah okay, they’re really just the
Egyptian version of the Boy Scotts, right Mr Clapper? I pray to Allah that this Clapper guy was only lying to everybody and
that he is not as stupid as he sounds. Hey Jimmy, they call themselves the MUSLIM Brotherhood! I’m pretty sure that
make them non-secular, if they were secular they would just call themselves ‘The Brotherhood’. - As if that was not bad enough, later in the day we had CIA boss Leon Panetta telling us that Mubarak would
address the ‘protestors’ and announce he was stepping down Wednesday night, well Mubarak did address the protestors
but he didn’t announce his resignation, he said he would remain in office until the end of his term and basically gave
the rioters and the White House the middle finger. Where are we getting our Intel from these days? Anderson Cooper? Finally
today it seems Mubarak is indeed quitting but you can bet your bollocks that nobody in Langley knew about it ahead of time.
You know, there was a time not so long ago when Presidents relied of hard intelligence gathered from people on the ground,
now it seems they just turn on MSNBC. - Chris Charles

Stupid Is As Stupid Does - I really don’t understand the obsession with the civil war
and the Confederacy down south but I have no problem with y’all flying the Confederate flag or honoring Robert E Lee
or whatever else. That said, it’s probably not a great idea for Mississippi to honor Confederate General Nathan Bedford
Forrest with a commemorative license plate because in addition to being a General in the Confederate army (and the namesake
of Forrest Gump), he also happened to be the first ‘Grand Wizard’ of the Ku Klux Klan. Really Mississippi? I am
constantly defending the south against attacks from the left but on this one I’m siding with the lefties. - The NAACP and the ‘progressives’ are rightfully all over Mississippi for this, although I cannot
recall them ever making this big of a stink when the State of West Virginia named 80 percent of their State after ex-KKK ‘Grand
Cyclopes’ and longtime Democratic Senator Robert Byrd. In fact there are few things in West Virginia
NOT named after the former Klansman. There is the Robert C Byrd Highway, the Robert C Byrd Expressway, the Robert C Byrd,
Freeway, another Robert C Byrd highway, and then there’s Robert C Byrd Drive, the Robert C Byrd Dam and Locks, two Robert
C Byrd Bridges, the Robert C Byrd Green Bank Radio Telescope, and numerous Robert C Byrd highway interchanges. There’s
the Robert C Byrd Academic and technology Center at Marshall University in Huntington, not to be confused with the Robert
C Byrd Academic and Technology Center at Marshall University GRADUATE COLLEGE in South Charleston. But wait, there’s
more! There’s the Robert C Byrd Rural Education Center, the Robert C Byrd Metals Fabrication Center, my personal favorite
the Robert C Byrd Correctional Facility, then there’s two community centers, two courthouses, two lifelong learning
centers (whatever they are), and about a million other things (not including buildings named for him by the KKK) but as of
this moment they have not yet re-named the Appalachians the Robert C Byrd Mountain Range. - It’s a
wonder they haven’t named the whole damn state after that bigot! The Nathan Bedford Forrest commemorative license plate
doesn’t seem so offensive now, does it? Still, two wrongs do not make a right and neither do 50 some-odd wrongs in West
Virginia make a right in Mississippi. A license plate honoring a Klan member is at the very least in poor taste, the people
in favor of the commemorative plate can talk all they want about ‘Christian redemption’ but I say you throw your
right for ‘Christian redemption’ out the window the second you put on the pointy hat! I just wish the NAACP and
others would speak out the next time West Virginians name another stupid highway after Sheets Byrd, even if he was a Democrat. - Chris Charles
2/9/2011
Boyz N The Brotherhood - Here’s what we know about the Muslim Brotherhood so far:
they want war with Israel, Sharia law in Egypt, and Islamic conquest around the globe. But not to worry because one of the
Brotherhoods’ leaders has told reporters that the ‘Muslim Brotherhood is not seeking power’ in Egypt. They
simply want to ‘participate’ in a new Egyptian democracy. Oh! Why didn’t they say so in the first place?
I feel much better now. - We here in the west should stop being so Islamophobic, these freedom
fighters from the Muslim Brotherhood, al Qaeda, and others are simply practicing freedom of religion, who are we to infringe
upon a person’s religious freedom? So what if they seek a worldwide Jihad, leading to Muslim global conquest, the important
thing is they’re not seeking an Islamic conquest of Egypt. Or so they say. - In Egypt, the Islamists
say they want ‘freedom and democracy’ and by freedom and democracy, of course they mean ‘oppression and
theocracy’. But who are we to judge? If one man’s trash is another man’s treasure, one man’s freedom
can be another man’s slavery. - Chris Charles

Reagan Revisionism - While most Americans paused for a least a moment to remember the
late great Ronald Reagan on what would have been his 100th birthday, some on the left couldn’t help but rain
on our parade. President Reagan was one of the most accomplished, popular, and successful Presidents in our nation’s
history but for some reason, a small minority of embittered leftists feels the need to metaphorically spit on his grave. Over
the weekend HBO premiered a documentary about the life of the 40th President. It started out nice, the first 40
minutes or so was about Dutch Reagan from Dixon and Ronald Reagan the Hollywood actor. But as soon as we got to the part about
Ronald Reagan the limited government, anti-communist conservative things started to get dicey. - Under President
Reagan, America became more prosperous and as the wealth of Americans increased, taxes, unemployment, and (most of all) inflation
declined. HBO’s ‘documentarians’ contend that Reagan’s policies only helped the so-called rich and
that ‘Reaganomics’ resulted in massive debt for the country. How dare he cut taxes from 70 to 50 percent for ‘the
rich’? The rich should pay what? 70, 80, 100 percent? The truth is ‘Reaganomics’ did help ‘the rich’
but they helped everyone else too! And as for the debt, we must remember it was President Reagan not King Reagan, ‘The
Gipper’ had to deal with Tip O’Neill and a Democrat controlled Congress. It’s kind of hard to control spending
with the Capitol full of Democrats and no line item veto. - Most of the last hour of
the film was dedicated to the Iran-Contra affair, as if it were Watergate and Lewinskygate combined. So much of the film was
spent on Iran-Contra, they must have run out of time because they left out the part about Reagan (almost singlehandedly) defeating
the evil empire without firing a shot. They did manage to spend a few minutes ridiculing Reagan’s Defense build-up and
his Strategic Defense Initiative or ‘Star Wars’ as they libs refer to it. I suppose the fall of the Berlin wall
and the collapse of the Soviet Union was just a coincidence, right? Heck, maybe if Jimmy Carter had won in 1980, the Soviets
would have surrendered right then! - I had high hopes for this film but was ultimately disappointed
after it devolved into nothing more than leftist hit piece on the late President. Liberals will never understand Reagan; the
Reagan they know is that of a bumbling old fool who just got lucky. They think that Reagan is popular with the American people
only because he was a lovable grandfatherly figure who told funny stories. The truth is, Reagan is adored by people across
the globe because he stood up for America and American values AND because he stood up against the evil that was Soviet Communism. - Chris Charles
2/7/2011
For The Gipper - Yesterday would have been Ronald Reagan’s 100th
birthday and even though he’s not with us anymore we can still remember him and look to him for guidance and inspiration.
During his eight years, President Reagan spoke out in favor of smaller government, he cut taxes, he expanded the economy,
and he ended the Cold War but the most extraordinary thing about President Reagan was his fervent belief in American exceptionalism
and his uncompromising desire to spread freedom throughout the world. - In his farewell address to the nation, President
Reagan concluded it this way: “After 200 years, two
centuries, she still stands strong and true on the granite ridge, and her glow has held steady no matter what storm. And she's
still a beacon, still a magnet for all who must have freedom, for all the pilgrims from all the lost places who are hurtling
through the darkness, toward home. We've done our part. And as I walk off into the city streets, a final word to the men and
women of the Reagan revolution, the men and women across America who for 8 years did the work that brought America back. My
friends: We did it. We weren't just marking time. We made a difference. We made the city stronger, we made the city freer,
and we left her in good hands. All in all, not bad, not bad at all.” - President Reagan is widely
considered to be one of the greatest Presidents in American history, right up there with Washington and Lincoln. Is he the
greatest of all time? Judging the greatness of a President is obviously a very subjective endeavor, each President has a unique
set of challenges and accomplishments, so it’s impossible to say for sure but I can say for sure that President Reagan
is my personal favorite. Happy Birthday Mr President! We love you, we miss you, and we will never forget you. - Chris Charles
2/4/2011
Rambo Reporting - Let me get this straight, the State Department is evacuating all
non-essential personnel and telling Americans citizens in Egypt to get the hell out of dodge, yet all of our favorite left
wing media personalities are flocking to Cairo? Here’s a tip for all of you ‘Jouralistas’ out there, if
the US government says NOT to travel to particular country because it is dangerous, it is probably DANGEROUS! Even for Anderson
Cooper and the rest of former weather girls at CNN. - Who do these people think they are? None of
the rioters setting fire to buildings or overturning cars care if you work for MSNBC. That said, if you insist on putting
yourself in the middle of a couple thousand angry Muslims, at least bring some decent equipment! How come every broadcast
from Cairo looks like it was shot on somebody’s iphone camera? And what’s up with the 10 second delay? Are you
broadcasting from Egypt or from the surface of the Moon? - I love watching these idiots
run around in flak jackets and army issue helmets like they’re in the Navy SEALs. These media ‘correspondents’
aren’t journalists they’re more like actors, only with less talented and a lot more narcissism. Most of the people
you see on TV news are simply reading a script (usually written by someone else); these guys wouldn’t get their own
name right if it wasn’t written down for them. But there they are, charging into Egypt like a combination of John Wayne
and Edward R Murrow. - Memo to American media types: The pen may be mightier than the
sword but it’s not mightier than the Molotov cocktail! - Chris Charles
2/3/2011
Protesting The Protests - For over a week we have seen ‘demonstrators’ showing
their displeasure with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak by setting fire to buildings, burning cars, vandalizing private property,
looting priceless artifacts, and creating general mayhem in the streets of Cairo. These aren’t ‘peaceful demonstrators’,
these aren’t ‘protests’, these are riots! But it’s okay because the media and the White House say
that the Egyptian anarchists from the Muslim Brotherhood have ‘legitimate grievances’ with the Mubarak government.
If Mubarak is such a villain in Egypt why hasn’t he sent in the military to quell uprising? How do you suppose our new
friends the ChiComms would deal with a situation like this? - After nearly a week of
violence and destruction at the hands of the so-called pro-democracy ‘demonstrators’, some Egyptians have taken
to the streets in opposition. Some are supporters of Mubarak; others are just opposing the Muslim gangsters wreaking havoc.
But for some reason the ‘impartial’ news media is not as supportive of the counter protesters. While the Muslim
fanatics setting fire to anything and everything are referred to as ‘freedom fighters’ and ‘pro-democracy
demonstrators’ the counter-revolutionaries are deemed to be ‘thugs’ and ‘hooligans’. - If Mubarak is so unpopular with Egyptians, why then have supporters of the President (and opponents of a
Muslim theocracy in Egypt) begun to engage the revolutionaries in the streets? We were told that the Mubarak regime was repressive
and tyrannical but evidently thousands of Egyptians feel differently, not all of them are on board with the Muslim Brotherhood
and the rest of the Islamists that want to install Shria law in Egypt. Least of which, the roughly 10 percent of the population
in Egypt that are Christian, they support Mubarak wholeheartedly, not because he is such a great guy but because he respects
their religious freedom and the alternative is not a very good one for them and for anyone else who does not subscribe to
fundamentalist Islam. - Chris Charles
2/2/2011
Islamic Insurrection - If you ask the left wing media and the left wing White House,
they’d tell you that the Islamist rioters in Egypt simply want more democracy. But if you ask the rioters themselves,
they’ll tell you all they want is a leader that will wage war on the Israelis. While most of the world seeks peace in
the Middle East, these maniacs want to tear up Egypt’s decades old peace agreement with Israel. - The people burning
down Cairo don’t want peace in the Middle East; they don’t even want democracy for that matter. They want Mubarak’s
head specifically because he HAS maintained the peace with Israel. ‘All Egyptian people hate Israel’; at least
that’s what one rioter told the Jerusalem Post, another ‘pro-democracy demonstrator’ said that the ‘years
of peace with Israel are tinged with the sting of humiliation’. Mubarak’s authoritarian tendencies are not the
reason he is about to be chased from office, his moderate approach to dealing with the United States, Christians, and worst
of all ‘the Jews’ is. Just look at the protests, nobody has signs calling for civil rights, ‘demonstrators’
carry pictures of Mubarak with a Star of David drawn on his forehead. Islamic fundamentalists don’t give a rip about
freedom of speech or freedom of the press, they want war with Israel. Although, I’m not sure why, even with American
military technology the Egyptians are vastly outclassed and outmatched by the Israeli military. - For over thirty
years, Egypt and Israel have co-existed in peace thanks to the moderate leadership of Anwar al Sadat and Hosni Mubarak. The
peace agreement with the Israelis won Sadat the Nobel Peace prize in 1978 but it also cost him his life after Islamic radicals
assassinated him in 1981. Sadat’s successor Mubarak took over the Presidency after the assassination and has kept the
peace with Israel and the west for 30 years despite six assassination attempts on his life from the wonderful Islamic extremists
and what does get for it? A hard line Islamic revolution and a vote of no confidence from President Obama. - Chris Charles

The Enemy Of Our Enemy, Is Our Enemy? - If the radical Islamists
hate you, you must be doing something right. Okay so he's not Gandhi but Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak no Saddam Hussein
either. We are fortunate in the fact that one of the major powers in the Middle East is controlled by semi-sane people that
are friendly to the US but we are about to flush that allegiance down the toilet because this President would rather to appease
the Muslim radicals rioting in Cairo. - These so-called peaceful freedom ‘demonstrations’
are nothing of the sort. I find it laughable that the White House and the world at large have bought into the MYTH that radical
Muslim agitators currently burning down the city of Cairo are doing so because they desire freedom. They desire freedom like
I desire a hole in the head, the only freedoms these maniacs are looking for is the freedom to subjugate women, start a war
with Israel, and impose a radical Islamic totalitarian regime in Cairo. - The Islamists hate Mubarak
not because he inhibits personal freedoms, the hate him because he does not limit personal freedoms ENOUGH. Trust me, if the
Islamists are successful in ousting Mubarak, they won’t be opening any ACLU offices in Egypt any time soon. The Muslim
Brotherhood and the rest of the throat-cutters want to take Egypt back to the middle ages the way the Ayatollah Khomeini did
in Iran after Jimmy Carter failed to support the Shah in 1979. Now 30 years later, Jimmy Junior appears ready to make the
same mistake by calling for ‘free and open elections’ in Egypt. That sounds all well and good but free and open
elections do not necessarily a Democracy make. Hitler was freely and openly elected for Christ’s sake! The problem with
free elections in places like Egypt (and Iran) is, the majority Muslim population will tend to elect hard like Islamo-fascists
whose first order of business, once elected, will be to abolish all free elections and install a tyrannical Islamic regime.
So not only will the people be oppressed more than ever but now the Muslim fanatics will be in possession of 220 American
built Egyptian Air Force F-16 fighter jets, not to mention the Suez Canal. - Chris Charles
