Foreign policy

Cut foreign aid

-eliminate all monetary aid within 4 years except for countries where we maintain a military presence

-eliminate all aid for countries whom the state department determines to be corrupt

-cut funding for the United Nations to that of the 2nd highest funding country

Support Allies

-ensure strong relations with our core allies (United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Japan, South      Korea, and Israel)

            -use diplomacy to bring more countries onto the list

            -support strategic allies around the world to ensure our national defense

Private Aid

             -encourage charitable organizations to help internationally in the developing 

             world

             -government aid should only be offered in emergency situations

Arab- Israeli conflict

-work with Israel to create a plan where land is given to the Palestinians based on good behavior. If there is no violence for a determined period Palestinians will be granted a piece of land. If there is any terrorist violence of any kind, a piece of land will be retracted until peace is restored for the aforementioned period of time

Iran

            -work with Israel to take action to prevent a nuclear armed Iran  

North Korea

            -shoot down any attempt of launching a missile that enters the air space of any  

            ally

Governmental policy

Campaign Finance

                -public financing for all elections including primary elections

                -Broadcast media must allow time for local and national election spots as part

                 of their FCC contract

Funding for general elections

                -house 250k

                -senate 1m

                -presidential 25m  

Federal Agency Cuts

                -each agency must cut at least 1 program within 1 year and evaluate after that 

                -Defense agencies or any program that is critical to national security are

                 exempt

Financial Policy

                -Only basic constitutional controls of the free market

                -no bail outs of companies, companies should reorganize through bankruptcy  

TAX POLICY

Flat Tax

                -create a simple tax with only 3 tax brackets

                -30% tax on incomes of $200,000+

                -20% tax on incomes of $100,000+

                -10% tax on income of less than $100,000

                -no additional fees or any other form of taxation by the federal government

Simple tax code

                -with a flat tax there are no write-offs

    -up to 5 % of tax owed to the IRS can be instead donated to a non-profit      

    charity (no political donations)

Tariff to close the trade gap

-a tariff will be placed upon goods from countries who’s exports to the US are not within 25% of imports to the US.

-tariff any import from a subsidized company (i.e. Airbus)

Revenue

                -currently the IRS takes in approximately 2.5 trillion tax dollars annually

                -there are only 169 million tax filers, that means the average taxpayer pays

                 nearly $15,000 each

                -within 5 years the average taxpayer should by $10,000

                      

Domestic Spending 

Federal budget

                -cut all non-military budgets by 10% immediately

                -increase funding for infrastructure, using contractors with monetary incentives for efficiency

    -social programs funding based on results

                -maximum of 6 months of welfare for able-bodied persons

Healthcare

                -institute medical malpractice reform similar to tort reform

                -increase physical education in k-12

                -reserve ERs for emergencies only

                -create more clinics for people who cannot afford healthcare

                -use doctors still in medical school to work at said clinics as training

               

 

Social Policy 

Illegal Immigration

                -deport any person unlawfully residing in the United States

                -strongly enforce workplace laws (fines on employers)

                -use incarcerated workers to do low pay manual labor  

English

                -insure English is the ONLY official language of the US

                -all new citizens need to be able to read and understand English at a basic level

                -all official government business must be conducted in English

                -no translations on voting ballots

                -no bi-lingual schools, only E.S.L. classes

Crime

                -use the example of Texas and Florida for how to run a prison efficiently

                -increase penalties for violent crime and repeat criminals

                -decrease prison time for non-violent offenders

                -use non-violent prisoners to do work that Americans “don’t want to do” in a

                work program that pays them a small hourly rate that will be saved in  

                an account to be used upon their release

    -create skills training for inmates

Tort Reform

                -lower rewards for lawsuits

                -people found to be engaging in frivolous lawsuit made to pay all legal fees

                -insist the judiciary refrains from “social engineering” and follow the law

                -the justice dept should prosecute attorneys for perjury who misrepresent the

                truth in court

 

Regulation

                -end or reduce all unnecessary government regulation in private affairs

                -regulate that which is critical for public safety or national defense

Gay Rights

                -eliminate state sanctioned marriages

                -any persons can become domestic partners for any purpose  

                -ensure religious organizations retain the right to sanction marriage

Abortion

                -restrict abortion to the first trimester or when the life of the mother is at risk

                -parental approval of abortion for minors

                -strongly encourage adoption and discourage abortion through national ad

                campaign

                -provide for mothers of unwanted babies to have free medical care and housing

                (4 months) if they choose to give the child up for adoption  

Energy Policy

Nuclear Power

                -replace coal power plants with nuclear power plants within 15 years

Reducing Oil dependence

                -Drill for oil nationally (ANWAR, offshore, shale deposits) using eco-friendly technology  

                -ease regulations on the auto industry and formulas of gasoline and diesel

                -create a national prize to find an economically feasible way to create hydrogen that can be

used in combustion engines

Education Policy

Voucher program

                -school funding goes to parents

                -parents can choose the school their child attends public or private

Accountability

                -public schools with a lack of students will close

                - accountability placed on teachers and administrators because their jobs would be at stake

                -basic entrance exams for 7th grade, 9th grade

                -exit exam to graduate high school
