2/26/2010 Political Potpourri - It should come as no surprise that a former
terrorist lawyer (AG Eric Holder) would hire other terrorist lawyers to work at the Justice Department. I don’t think
terrorists should even have lawyers although I can accept the opinion that they should. That said, I think there is a special
circle in hell for any lawyer that would represent one of these animals. I wouldn’t hire a terrorist lawyer to work
at the DMV, much less to run the US Department of Justice. - Congressional approval has fallen to just 10%,
even Dick Cheney and his low approval rating is laughing at these clowns. Just one in ten Americans think Congress is doing
a good job? Heck, I’d bet Osama Bin Laden could get one in ten Americans to approve of him. - DHS has
finally realized that the Fort Hood shooting was, in fact, terrorism. It took Janet Napolitano nearly four months to figure
out what it took you and me exactly five seconds to figure out. Hey Janet, here’s a clue, when a Muslim yells ‘Allah
Akbar’ and then begins killing people you should suspect that it might be terrorism, just maybe. - I wish liberals
were as committed to punishing Islamic radicals that murder innocent Americans as they are to punishing CIA agents that offend
Islamic radicals. Left wing Democrats had proposed legislation that would send CIA agents to prison if they made any terror
detainees ‘uncomfortable’, I would award any CIA agent caught doing so the Congressional Medal of Honor. - Nancy Pelosi
says that this Congress is the most ethical in history, yeah if you don’t count all of the ethics violation committed
by Democrats. The same day she made these comments, Rep Charlie Rangel (D-NY) was found to have violated House rules by the
House ethics committee, oops! - Chris Charles

Hurry Up & Wait - President Obama and the Dems are in a big hurry to pass health
care ‘reform’, they say it can’t wait, they say it is urgent. If passing a trillion-plus dollar entitlement
immediately is so critical, why won’t the ‘reforms’ be implemented until 2013? Won’t the uninsured
continue dying in the streets? - Of course the taxes will start immediately so that the ten year
cost analysis will come in at the very low price of only ONE TRILLION (with a T) dollars. Holy smokes! And that’s the
government estimate, the real cost must be at least ten times as much. - It seems to me that given
our current financial situation we should wait and think about this one a little longer before spending trillions more. - Chris Charles

What Can’t Brown Do For You? - Before the newest member
of the Senate had even been seated, people were pushing Scott Brown as a possible GOP candidate to run against President Obama
in 2012. I think these people should have been a little more patient before anointing Brown to be the savior of
the Republicans. - After serving for about 5 minutes in the US Senate the newly elected Brown is already
voting with the Democrats. Wow! That didn’t take very long. I guess he is not the rock ribbed conservative you thought
he was. Perhaps the Junior Senator from Massachusetts is using the John McCain game plan to run for the Presidency, although
that game plan didn’t work out so well for McCain. - Don’t get me wrong
Brown is a definite improvement from Teddy Kennedy or Martha Coakley. Better to have a Senator that votes the right way half
of the time than one that votes the wrong way all of the time. I just wish the GOP wasn’t so quick to sanctify an unknown
and unproven politician. Scott Brown is no John Kerry, we should be happy for that but he is no Barry Goldwater either, so
stop trying to make him the next Ronald Reagan. - Chris Charles

Afghan Apologies - General Stanley McChrystal, commander of the US forces in Afghanistan
is begging the Afghan people for forgiveness after an airstrike accidentally killed 21 Afghan civilians last weekend. The
loss of civilian lives is always regrettable but is an unavoidable part of war. - Making collateral damage
even more unavoidable is the fact that the enemy hides among the population dressed as civilians. International law states
that all military combatants must wear some kind of a uniform, the Taliban resistance fighters do not; they are using civilians
as human shields. Why don’t the Afghan civilians ask the jihadists for an apology? The US and coalition forces are there
to free the Afghans from the tyranny and oppression that is the Taliban and Al Qaeda. Perhaps they would prefer things go
back to the way things were before we got there. 21 accidental deaths, while tragic, pale in comparison to the untold thousands
that were murdered by Taliban thugs before our arrival in 2001. - If further civilian deaths
are to be avoided, the civilians themselves need to assist coalition forces determine who is an enemy soldier and who is not.
General McChrystal shouldn’t have to grovel to the Afghans, have the Afghans apologized to the US for the loss of over
1,000 American soldiers that died liberating them? What about for the 3,000 Americans that were murdered by terrorists that
trained in Afghanistan? I didn’t think so. - Chris Charles

An Enrichment Plant a Day & The UN Stays Away - Nuclear disarmament has
and continues to be a top priority for the Obama administration. I don’t blame them; nuclear weapons are very dangerous
and very scary. The problem is the only country they are successfulling disarming is the US! We should be doing our best to
ensure that only responsible countries be allowed to possess nukes (and no I don’t consider Iran to be a ‘responsible’
country.) - Seemingly every other day Iran advances itself further down the road toward attaining
a nuclear weapon and the Obama Administration is nowhere to be found on this issue. Instead they are more concerned with reducing
our own nuclear arsenal, as if the US is the one that is endangering the world. The last time I checked Iran is the nation,
not the US, which is threatening to completely wipe out another country. - Where are all of you peace
loving liberals on this one? Last week you were outraged that President Obama was in favor of nuclear energy, this week the
Iranian Hitler unveils plans for two new uranium enrichment plants and you say nothing. No such indignation for Iran? Let
me guess, another strongly worded UN resolution should do the trick, eh? Yeah right, the UN is about as effective at controlling
Iran’s nuclear proliferation as Tiger Woods is at controlling his sex drive. - Chris Charles

Jihad Joe - White man’s 9/11? More like poor man’s 9/11. Liberals
are practically celebrating the fact that a white male committed an act of terror in Texas yesterday. That’s right a
white male, anti government, anti tax, militia type went nuts and decided to commit jihad against the IRS. The left wing media
is already blaming the tea party movement for cultivating an anti-government sentiment. - The picture
painted in the media is that the Joe Stack aka Joe Jihad was a right wing, tea party republican because he was anti-government
and anti-tax. What the Marxist media doesn’t understand is that conservatives and tea partiers are NOT anti-government,
anti-tax, or anti-Obama. They ARE against high taxes and massive government and politicians that seek to raise taxes even
higher to support more government expansion. Real right wingers don’t hate the government, we just hate big government. - If you read Joey Jihad’s ranting suicide manifesto he sounds more like a left winger than a right winger.
Hates America…CHECK Hates Bush…CHECK Hates Capitalism…CHECK Hates corporations…CHECK Hates Catholics...CHECK - The way I know this guy
is for sure a left winger…he doesn’t pay his taxes! Right wingers don’t want high taxes because we PAY
OUR TAXES! Liberals want high taxes because THEY DON’T! - Chris Charles

Quick To Offend - For first time US Olympian Jonathan Quick it is an honor to represent
his country as a member of the United States Olympic Hockey team. The 24 year old goalie impressed Team USA officials with
his play this year for the NHL’s Los Angeles Kings, where he has already set a franchise record for wins by a goaltender
with two plus months still to play. Very impressive indeed, but what I find even more impressive is Quick’s patriotism.
- For the Vancouver games, Quick had a special paint job created for his helmet that honored the men and women
of the US military. A phrase on the back of the helmet read, ‘Support Our Troops’. As you might imagine the America
hating internationalists that head up the International Olympic Committee found the helmet to be ‘offensive’.
Offensive to whom? Al Qaeda? I’d be willing to bet if an Iranian ice hockey team ever qualified for the Olympics and
their goalie’s helmet said ‘Allah Akbar’ the IOC would not be as easily offended. But because we are the
United States internationalist liberals feel comfortable offending us, just as long as no one else feel slighted. - Not only was Quick’s helmet determined to be inappropriate for IOC standards, Team USA’s other
net-minder Ryan Miller has been told by Olympic officials to remove the phrase ‘Miller Time’ from his helmet because
the IOC bans ‘corporate advertising’ in the Olympics. The IOC said he must also remove the phrase ‘Matt
Man’ from his gear as well. First of all you dirty red commys, ‘MILLER’ is his LAST NAME! Get it? Second,
‘Matt Man’ is to honor a friend that passed away from cancer you insensitive globalist pricks! - Chris Charles

The Times Has Changed - America’s paper of the record, the New York Times has finally
decided to stop publishing sensitive national security information. At the request of the White House, the Times held off
on a story regarding the capture of the Taliban’s number two man. - Could you imagine the New
York Times NOT publishing classified data at the Bush Administration’s request? No? I didn’t think so. A little
over a year ago, the Times would have moved to publish classified data faster than an Olympic luger. Now that times have changed
the Times has changed too. - With Barack Obama in the White House the New York Times is only
too happy to bury stories for the White House, err…in the interests of national security. I guess national security
wasn’t so important when President Bush was in office. Back then, the Times routinely published stories containing state
secrets. I’m glad the Times is holding off on stories, because it IS in the best interests of national security but
the Times is holding off on stories because it is in the best interests of the Obama Administration. I fear their new found
sense of patriotism will wane as soon as another Republican is in office. - Chris Charles

Presidential Props - I am very happy to be in full agreement with the President today,
even if it is on only one issue. Am I getting soft? Have I turned into a lib? No. President Obama is showing signs that he
is not quite as radically left as I had feared. At the very least he is not as radically left as the green Nazis that would
have us all live like the Amish. - President Obama, of all people, is working to build new nuclear
power plants after a 30 year drought. Before you get too excited, this is the same President Obama opposes the Yucca Mountain
storage facility for spent nuclear fuel. If the spent fuel cannot be buried in a secure facility in the middle of the Nevada
desert, where can it go? The local landfill? Manhattan? Wait, I’ve got it, send it to Illinois! Senator Dick Durbin
pushed for Gitmo detainees to be moved there, so why not a little spent nuclear fuel? - All things considered
this is a step in the right direction because nuclear power can reduce our dependence on foreign oil and provide clean, safe,
and reliable energy for years to come. More importantly, it really ticks off the green mafia and the enviro-libs. Energy independence
is good, irking radical leftists is better. President Obama is doing both, keep up the good work Mr President! - Chris Charles

Chubby Actors Banned, Jihadists Still Okay - It looks like airline officials
are getting serious about who can and who cannot get on flights. Suspicious Muslims with one way tickets and bulges in their
pants are still allowed on most flights
however the same can’t be said for fat people. - Actor/director Kevin Smith was removed from
a Southwest Airlines flight because he is too fat. Hey Kev, if Southwest says you are too fat to fly I think it is time to
mix in a salad…and a jog. - I must say, I don’t
think it is fair to ban fat people if you are not going to ban Islamic radicals. It’s true, everybody hates to sit next
to a fat person on a flight but I’d rather sit in the middle seat between Rosie O’Donnell and Michael Moore on
a flight 21 hour flight to Australia than be on the same flight as a Muslim jihadist with C-4 in his drawers. - Chris Charles

A Week Without A Government Worker - After a week off, thanks
to global cooling, DC government workers can finally go back to work. In that time did the country fall apart? Did civilization
come to a screeching halt? No! What’s more, the American tax payer actually had a brief respite from government spending
us farther into debt. Not to mention that DC residents got a break from the normally gridlocked traffic. Sure all those DC
bureaucrats still had to be paid for NOT coming to work, but $100 million a day is a small price to pay when you consider
what untold billions or trillions that would have been spent this week. - Not exactly a hearty bunch
these government types, hair dressers went to work, trash collectors went to work, bartenders went to work, Homeland Security
workers stayed home! - If the country can survive a week without a government worker,
why not try a month or six? - I am sure the regular folks of DC with REAL jobs still had to
go to work this week (even if it was snowing). Imagine if the size of government were cut in half, we could save money, have
less government interference in our lives and ease traffic! - Chris Charles
2/11/2010
Oh-No Joe - I said yesterday that White House funny man Robert Gibbs had taken
the lead over VP Joe Biden in the race to see who could fit their foot in their mouth the farthest. Today “Oh-No Joe”
took the lead right back with comments he made on Larry King Live. - The VP told the CNN relic
that a liberated Iraq is a major achievement of THIS administration! Excuse me? I seem to remember then Senator Obama being
against the Iraq troop surge when President Bush announced the strategy. Not even Biden himself supported President Bush’s
Iraq surge, although now that that strategy has worked he is happy to take the credit for himself. Hey Joe, while you are
at it why not take credit for winning the Cold War and emancipating the slaves? Former Vice President and inventor of the
internet Al Gore thinks Joe Biden should check himself on this one. - If White House Chief-of-Staff
Rambo Rahm Emanuel thinks some Congressional Dems are ‘F---ing retards’, what would he call the guys in the offices
next to him? Calling people ‘retarded’ is not very mature, so let’s just say that these two (Gibbs and Biden)
are not exactly MENSA material, now are they? - Chris Charles

Amateur Night At The White House - White House Press Secretary
Robert Gibbs continues to prove himself to be the biggest idiot in an administration full of them. Even the lapdog members
of the media that assemble at the White House each day to dutifully parrot the words of the President think that Gibbs is
a joke. - To an outsider it seems as if Gibbs is in competition with Vice President Joe Biden on who in the administration
can put their foot in their mouth more often. After yesterday’s impromptu stand-up routine, I’d have to give the
edge to Gibbs in that battle. - In a dreadfully poor attempt at humor, Gibbs walked up to the
podium with note written on his hand, a la Sarah Palin. HAY-OH!!! Hilarious Bobby! Who is this guy, a Senior White House official
or Carrot Top? Perhaps Gibbs should follow this act up with prop comedy in his next briefing. Class it up Gibbs-y! You work
at the White House, not The Laugh Factory, good thing too because if he went with that act on amateur night he wouldn’t
last very long. - Chris Charles

The Green Gestapo - First, hackers uncovered emails that suggested leading global
warming scientists were fudging climate data. Then, we had another mild hurricane season. After that, it was reported that
global temperatures have dropped over the last year. Now, many parts of the world are experiencing cooler than normal lows
temps with unusually high snowfall levels, including Washington DC home to many global warming advocates. - Even German carmaker Audi is piling on with its “Green Police” Super Bowl commercial. The ad
openly mocks enviro-Marxists that want to police our daily lives like good little Gestapo agents, to ensure we are living
a ‘green lifestyle’. - Now would seem like a bad time for the President to push for a
new government agency to monitor and combat global warming, but that is exactly what President Obama is doing. One out of
every ten Americans is without work and he is focused on studying global warming. To be fair, the President is working on
other issues. Unfortunately none of these issues will help double digit unemployment, a struggling economy, or national security.
Nor will any of the issues on President Obama’s agenda help clear the record amount of snow from the streets of DC. - Chris Charles
2/8/2010
Junior Jihadists - If you think the US is overly concerned with the feelings of Muslim
radicals, you should see the UK! While we, no doubt, have Islamic Jihadists living amongst us, they at least are hidden. In
the UK Islamo-fascists are allowed to proselytize their hate right on the streets of London. - How can Britain
survive this? The enemy has infiltrated their borders, in great numbers and as with other EU nations, like France, they are
running rough shot over the locals. - In East London, the complaints of a primary school teacher have
been ignored. The teacher had become concerned over some of his students expressions of hatred toward Jews and Christians.
The Christian school teacher expressed his concerns to school officials but was told to not to concern himself with such behavior.
He was again told to drop the matter after his class of junior jihadists praised the 9/11 terrorists and called them ‘heroes’.
- I wonder if white students in the UK enjoy such leniency from schools officials. I doubt they are even allowed
to mention their faith as not to offend any of their future suicide-bomber classmates. - British liberals
need to understand, radical Muslims see them as infidels too. Bowing to radical Muslims every demand will not prevent your
liberal throat from being cut! The west’s obsession with ‘diversity’ is helping the enemy infiltrate our
boarders, the more obsessed nations will be the first to have their throats cut, if the status quo continues. - Chris Charles

Blue States Are Really Red States - A new Gallop poll found
that 36% of Americans hold a favorable view of socialism. This does not come as a surprise to me. I have understood for a
while that a third of this country is radically left of center, at least they admit it. Unlike many Democrats that insist
they are Red blooded American capitalists, when they are really just REDS. - The same poll found that
53% of Democrats also had a positive view of socialism. If the 53% of Democrats feel that socialism is a good thing, why then
do they get so bent out of shape if someone calls them a socialist? They should be flattered, right? Perhaps these closet
socialists know that socialism is really just a soft form of communism. These Marxist democrats do not want to be associated
with communism; they only wish to advance a communist-like agenda. - And what about the other
47% of Dems that don’t hold a favorable view of socialism? If they don’t believe in socialism how can they support
the Democratic agenda? Someone that rejects socialism should reject wealth redistribution, massive government expansion, government
health care, and limitations the free market. Right? The way I see it, people that support the Democratic agenda and say they
reject socialism are either lying or are stupid. - Chris Charles

Pro-Choice Groups Against Choices - Former Heisman Trophy winner
Tim Tebow and his mom are starring in a Super Bowl ad that encourages women NOT to abort their babies. Sounds like a nice
message, not at all controversial, right? Not to radical pro abortion activists. To most Americans, regardless of they are
pro-choice or not, FEWER abortions would be a GOOD thing. Apparently, the reverse is true for Planned Parenthood and other
pro-abortion groups. What’s with that name anyway? Planned PARENTHOOD? That sounds like a place a woman would go for
prenatal vitamins and an ultrasound, not to have her unborn child, well let’s just say…terminated. Planned Parenthood
should be called Planned Unparenthood or 1-800-ABORTION. - Radical Abortion activists
from groups like NARAL, NOW, Planned Parenthood, and others are not really pro-choice as much as they are pro-abortion. Why
else would these people get so worked up over a Super Bowl ad encouraging women to keep their babies? The ad makes no mention
of Roe v Wade or the right to choose, just that women should CHOOSE to not abort their kids. Isn’t CHOICE a good thing?
Planned Parenthood’s idea of choice is a choice between ‘the pill’ or ‘the vacuum’. I guess
there is only one ACCEPTABLE choice to the wonderful people of Planned Parenthood. - All that said,
last I checked this is still a free country and people are free to promote any cause they see fit, the Tebow’s ad should
be allowed to run on Sunday and if the pro-abortion crowd has a problem with it they can spend a couple million bucks and
put out their own ad extolling the virtues of a partial birth abortion. - Chris Charles

Woods 4 President in 2012 - The GOP establishment never fails to amaze me. The Democrats are
doing their best to alienate the electorate and the GOP is doing their best to keep pace. - John Cornyn
and the NRSC are backing the more liberal primary candidate for US Senate in Florida, the same way many influential Republicans
back the more liberal John McCain in the 2008 GOP Presidential primary. As I recall 2008 didn’t go so well for the GOP,
neither did 2006. Was it because the GOP was too conservative? Or was it because they did not stand by their core principles
of limited government and fiscal discipline? - In addition to week-kneed, milk toast Republicans
the GOP elite is also very fond of candidates with large bankrolls, never mind a candidate’s stance on the issues. In
much the same way some shallow men only care about the size of a woman’s chest. Party officials in California (natural
habitat for many species of RINO) have thrown their weight behind unproven moderate candidates for the Senate and the Governorship
simply because they have stacks of cash and they are willing to spend it. Tiger Woods also has stacks of cash, lots of stacks
in fact; perhaps the GOP should consider running him against President Obama in 2012. - Chris Charles
2/2/2010:
0 in 10 Government Workers Are Unemployed - As the Nation struggles
with recession, debt, and double digit unemployment, it is good to know that as least one sector of the American economy is
‘thriving’. Government has never had it so good; spending is up, way up, to all time highs. While most Americans
are forced to cut back to make ends meet, government does not feel the need to do the same. Not only has government kept right
on spending during the recession, they are actually spending more. In the real world our government would go bankrupt; lucky
for the government, it doesn’t live in the real world. - Over the past two years
millions of Americans have lost their jobs because of cutbacks related to the struggling economy. One in ten Americans is
currently without work and the way things are going that number could go up. Times are difficult for working Americans, unless
you happen to be a government worker in which case you would have no such concerns. While a down economy has forced millions
of people out of their jobs, the number of government workers has INCREASED to an all time high! Yes, if you are an employee
of the federal government, the likelihood of which is increasing every day, you have nothing to worry about. I am sure this
has a lot to do with the fact that government workers are always well motivated and efficient, and why they are shining examples
of occupational excellence. Perhaps these are the millions of jobs the White House claims to have ‘saved or created’. - Chris Charles
2/1/2010
Subtraction By Addition? - The White House is cutting back on spending, and by cutting back
I mean continuing to increase spending. The US will be over budget by $1.56 trillion this year and is already over budget
by over $1 trillion for fiscal 2011. If this is what the President means by controlling spending, I would hate to see the
debt we’d be racking up if President Obama was not so committed to ‘fiscal responsibility’. - Don’t misunderstand; I am very much in favor of reducing spending and fiscal responsibility but the
Obama Administration and the Dems are INCREASING spending! - I think this administration
would have more success reducing deficits if they refrained from creating new government programs for like five minutes. If
you say you are going to cut discretionary spending, that’s great, as long as you actually do it. - The President says that he is going to freeze discretionary spending for three years…just as soon
as he spends $100 billion on a new stimulus, $8 billion on a high speed rail line, and countless trillions on a government
mandated health care program. MEMO TO THE WHITE HOUSE: You can’t have your cake and eat it too. More to the point, you
can’t have our money and spend it too. - Chris Charles
